When you experience chaos in your life, there is usually utter confusion and turmoil. You feel out of balance, disorganized and in a state of pandemonium. Everything is blocked and out of sync – nothing is moving. The energy is stuck and things are definitely not flowing.
To get out of chaos, you must get back into balance. The Core Passion Focus 4 is a template for balance.
When any of these areas of your life is out of balance (either too much or too little), it affects the other three quadrants. The four areas are:
If your work life is over balanced and stressed, it affects your health, your relationships, and your connection to your spirit. If there is a relationship out of balance (personally or professionally), it affects all other areas of your life.
Your personal and professional lives are totally intertwined. What happens in one area affects all the other areas. This does not mean you must spend an equal amount of time in each area. Balance is a very personal thing and you must create your own balance point in each of the Focus 4 quadrants. When you know WHO you are, you know WHAT to do.
So how do you know if you’re in balance? You feel it! Do you feel chaos and confusion? Or do you feel harmony and flow? Reflect on each quadrant . . . how do you feel? Awareness is the first step. Then you can create a plan on what to do to get back into balance.
